Q: How do I create an account?
A: Click on the “Sign Up” button on the homepage, enter your details, and follow the instructions to create your account.

Q: If I Forgot My Password?

A: If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email to create a new password.

Q: If I Can’t Log In?

A: If you’re unable to log in, please check the following:

Ensure you’re using the correct email and password.

Try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password” option.

Clear your browser cache and cookies or try a different browser.

2. How does InstaCerto work?

  2. Purchase the certification package.
  3. Get access to study materials, full guide, and assessment guide.
  4. Take the assessment (up to 3 attempts allowed).
  5. Receive your certificate after complete your certificate program.

3. Certification Details

How will I receive my certificate?

Your certificate will be automatically generated and available for download in your dashboard. It will also be sent to your registered email.

Can I verify my certificate?

Yes! Each certificate has a unique ID and can be verified online through our verification portal.

4. Payments & Refunds

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are applicable only if there is a technical issue preventing access to your course materials. Check our Refund Policy for details.

5. Technical Support

I am unable to access my study materials. What should I do?

My certificate is not generating. How can I fix it?
