Q: What is InstaCerto?
A: InstaCerto is your all-in-one online platform for learning and career growth. From IT and HR to Management and beyond — we provide courses, interview kits, and certification programs to help you gain skills, get certified, and stand out in your career.
Q: How do I create an account?
Account Creation & Course Access
A: If you are new to InstaCerto, go to the “My Account” page and register using your email or social login (Google/Facebook). Once your account is created, you will receive a confirmation email. Open the email, click on the “Set Password” link, and follow the instructions to create your password.
Or, During checkout, you can select your courses, interview kits, or certification programs.
You will receive a verification email — click the link to verify your email and complete the checkout process.
Once your purchase is successful, your registration will be completed automatically.
You will also receive a “Set Password” email — click the link to create your password.
After setting your password, log in to the My Courses page using your email (as username) and the password you created.
If you are already a registered user on InstaCerto, please log in using your username (email) and password.
Q: If I Forgot My Password?
A: If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the “Lost your password” or “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email to create a new password.
Q: If I Can’t Log In?
A: If you’re unable to log in, please check the following:
Ensure you’re using the correct email and password.
Try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password” option.
Clear your browser cache and cookies or try a different browser.

Certification Details
How will I receive my certificate?
Your certificate will be automatically generated and available for download in your dashboard. It will also be sent to your registered email.
Can I verify my certificate?
Yes! Each certificate has a unique ID and can be verified online through our verification portal.
Payments & Refunds
We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Available payment options will be displayed at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Once the payment is successfully completed, it cannot be returned or refunded. Refunds are applicable only in case of a valid technical error such as double payment, prevents access to your course materials then a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy. Check our Refund Policy for more details.
Technical Support
I am unable to access my study materials. What should I do?
Please try logging out of your account and then logging back in. Also, check your registered email for instructions regarding course access. All your purchased courses, interview kits, and certification programs will be available under the “My Courses” section.

My certificate is not generating. How can I fix it?
Please ensure you have completed the required program and assessments, and refresh your dashboard. If the problem continues, kindly reach out to our support team for further assistance.
